Sale Returns Policy
Our standard returns policy for items bought is 14 days. This applies to online purchases, except in the case of sale items, which can not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept items for a return if the item/ items are not as described or faulty.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that any item in our 'Luxury Oversized collection' will be delivered within 2-4 weeks instead of our normal 2-14 working days, this is due to a Limited quantity of this collection, if you request a refund for an item(s) in this collection you may be charged an admin fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We DO NOT offer free returns, you are responsible for covering the cost of the delivery of your package when returning it to us, also you may be charged a restocking fee, this can vary depending on what item(s) are purchased

Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned only not the delivery.

Disputes/Fraud

Please consult with us prior to performing a charge back on your order, if for any circumstances you are unhappy with your order or never received a delivery, you can contact us at [email protected]. where you can expect a reply within approximately 48 hours. You will then be put in touch with a team member where they will aim to resolve any concerns. 

We have a zero tolerance to fraud and will take necessary Legal action against fraudulent charge backs
